Raw message

Disney+ error 39

Likely causes

  • The selected content is restricted by plan or profile rating.
  • The device or computer configuration is unsupported.

Start with account and content access

Disney+'s current explanation names plan restrictions and content ratings. Confirm the active account and profile, then check whether the title is available with that plan.

Let the profile owner review rating restrictions

A content-rating limit may explain why a title cannot play. Our recommendation is to have the authorized profile owner review it. A troubleshooting code does not establish that parental controls should be loosened.

Check the supported playback route

Disney+ also lists unsupported devices or configurations. Use its supported app or computer route, relaunch or refresh and retry after a few minutes. Retain the title and profile context if support is needed.
