Raw message
Same account launched experience from different devices (Error Code: 264)
Likely causes
- The same Roblox account is accessing the same game on more than one device.
Start with the other device
The documented trigger is simultaneous access to the same game with one account. Our first check is to close that game on another phone, tablet or computer using the account, then retry from one device. This check follows the code's meaning; Roblox's article also supplies general platform repair steps.
Review the sessions you can control
In Settings > Security, find Where you're logged in. Roblox shows the device, approximate region and last activity for each session. Select a session to review its details and sign it out, or use the option to end all other sessions while retaining the current one.
Roblox documents incomplete 'Unknown' details for older inactive sessions. That label alone does not identify a second active player. Our recommendation is to compare the session details with devices you actually use.
If the same code returns
The 264 article's remaining steps cover app repair and another network comparison. Use its instructions for your platform, or the related connection guide for the shared cleanup procedure. Keep the complete message and the one-device test result when contacting Roblox; this code alone does not establish why a session exists.
