Disney+ links error 41 to high traffic for a particular video, an ended live event or a title that is no longer available. Refresh and search the title again.

Raw message

Disney+ error 41

Likely causes

  • A live event has ended or a video is no longer available.
  • An unusually large audience is trying to stream the same video.

Check the title or live event first

Disney+ names an ended live event, unavailable video and a traffic surge for one video as possible causes. Our recommendation is to retain the title and failure time; the message alone does not distinguish these cases.

Refresh, then search for the title

Close and relaunch the app or refresh the website. Retry if the video remains listed. If it is absent, search for it. Disney+ says some titles can take up to 30 minutes to appear.

A listing delay is not a guaranteed repair time

The stated delay depends on the title. It does not promise that every error 41 clears after 30 minutes or that an ended event returns. Persistent failures should go to Disney+ support with the title and result.
