Raw message
NSEZ-403
Likely causes
- Stored browser information or a network connection issue can trigger NSEZ-403.
Windows or Mac: make a fresh sign-in on another device
Use a different device on the same network; sign out first if Netflix is already signed in there. Netflix says an error during sign-in or playback means to retry later. If no error appears but playback is still unavailable on that device, contact Customer Service.
Other devices: use Netflix's browser check
On a second computer or mobile device using the same network, visit netflix.com/clearcookies and sign in. If NSEZ-403 appears, retry later. If the browser does not show an error, Netflix directs you to support for the different issue.
Keep the comparison useful
Our recommendation is to record both devices, the time and the exact result, keeping the network unchanged during the comparison. A successful check is useful evidence rather than a diagnosis of the original device. Include the results when asking Netflix for help.
